SoundBridge 3.0.2

SoundBridge 3.0.1
CHANGES:

BUG FIXES:
- Fixed an issue on macOS 15 / macOS 26 where virtual collaboration could fail on the guest side, affecting streaming signal, local monitor audio, playback movement, and recording.
- Fixed an issue where playback would not function on either side when macOS Tahoe v26 was used as the host.
- Fixed an issue where only the last take from loop recording was transferred to the peer, with take lanes not being included.
- Fixed an issue where the last frame of the camera stream could remain frozen in the guest’s video player after finalizing a session.

SoundBridge 2.10.3
CHANGES:

- The Sampler will now convert any mono audio files imported into it to stereo, including copying and pasting and bouncing blocks from the editors. This improves the Sampler's panning experience across all audio file types.

- Fixed an issue where automation blocks could not be moved or copied between lanes when the "Show Utilized Automation Lanes" option was enabled.
- Fixed a graphical issue in the Sampler's envelope lines that disappeared when reversing a cropped sample and zooming in.

SoundBridge 2.10.2

- Fixed an issue with the SoundBridge installer on earlier versions of macOS that caused installation problems.
- Fixed a crash that occurred when running certain VST2 plugins, including VPS Avenger 2 from Vengeance Sound.
- Resolved a bug where frozen tracks in place would lose their sound if the VST instrument was not included in the project.
SoundBridge 2.10.1
CHANGES:
- Added new rules to the A and W shortcuts for the select tool, allowing you to select only the crossfade using A, and only the comments using W. These shortcuts are now toggleable, and a new icon is displayed in the transport bar to indicate when the feature is enabled.
- Improved how project folders are saved in the explorer so they always display the correct folder icon with the SoundBridge logo.

- Fixed a bug that caused MIDI notes to hang when using certain VST instruments.

SoundBridge 2.10.0
NEW FEATURES:
- Audio to Sampler via Shortcuts (Premium Feature): You can now copy and paste audio blocks from the sequencer directly into the integrated sampler using keyboard shortcuts:
- Ctrl + C / Ctrl + V: Pastes the rendered audio block
- Ctrl + C / Ctrl + Shift + V: Pastes the source audio block
- Sampler Creation from Audio Editor (Premium Feature): Added two new buttons in the Audio Editor that create a new MIDI track using the selected audio block, loading it into the integrated sampler as either rendered or source audio.
- Metronome Division Control (Premium Feature): Introduced a new Metronome Division feature, giving users finer control over the metronome's beat resolution and playback rate. This option is located in the Time Signature settings.
- Remove Bars Function (Premium Feature): Added the Remove Bars tool, which deletes all bars and content within the loop marker range in the sequencer, automatically shifting subsequent elements to fill the gap.
- Track Selection Highlight Color (Premium Feature): New option to change the highlight color of selected tracks located in Preferences > Sequencer. Choose between the default highlight or match it to the track's assigned color in track settings. This applies across the corresponding track, mixer channel, and insert rack.
- Added the ability to toggle between buttons in the transport bar: Buttons marked with a white triangle can now be right-clicked to open a dialog that allows you to switch the button to a different function. The first implementation of this feature is found in the Add Silence button, which can be changed to Remove Bars.
- Extended MIDI CC Options: Added Program Change and Bank Select to the MIDI CC Selector, allowing users to change program and bank settings in external MIDI devices.
CHANGES:
- Moved the Default MIDI Input setting from Preferences > Global to Preferences > MIDI for improved organization.
- The Save Named Version feature, located under Preferences > Global, is now exclusive to Premium users.
- Changed the border color of the Tempo and Time Signature automation blocks from black to white.
- Set the "Remember Me" checkbox in the login menu to be enabled by default.

- Improved GUI color handling to ensure that certain UI buttons recolor correctly when theme changes are applied.

- Customizable Skin Adjustments: Introduced the ability to modify the software's skin by adjusting hue, saturation, brightness, contrast, exposure, and gamma. Users can save presets of their custom skins. (Premium Feature)
- Added 34 new custom skin presets available in the Preferences > GUI section. (Premium Feature)
- Improved Revisions Feature: The Revisions dialog enables access to three types of saved project states: Versions, Backups, and Recoveries. Versions are manual save points you create to mark important milestones in your project. Backups are saved automatically at regular intervals. Recoveries are generated immediately after a crash to help you restore lost work. SoundBridge retains the ten most recent Backups and Recoveries, automatically overwriting older ones.
- Project Auto Backups Option: Added an "Auto Backups" setting in Preferences > Global, allowing users to set timeframes for automatic project backups. (Premium Feature)
- Tap Tempo Button: Introduced a new Tap Tempo button, enabling manual BPM calculation. (Premium Feature)
- Name Saved Version: Added an option in Preferences > Global that, when enabled, prompts a dialog each time you click Save Version to name the version for easier tracking of files.
- Edit Window Placement: The Edit Window widget can now be positioned on any side of the sequencer.
- New Example Project: Included a new example project featuring the Ultimate Trinity Bundle advertisement.
CHANGES:
- The minimum width and height of the SoundBridge window now adjust dynamically based on the widget layout.

- Integrated an advanced Sampler instrument into all MIDI tracks, allowing users to transform any audio into an instrument and create vibrant, complex sounds. The Sampler supports multi-sample playback styles and offers sound design capabilities, including ADSR envelopes for Amp, Filter, and Pitch. Each Sampler instance can handle up to 64 samples, which can be stacked across multiple MIDI tracks for layered sounds. Sampler settings can be exported as plugin presets for greater flexibility. - Cross-Project Copy/Paste Optimized: Copy and paste all track types between projects and accommodate complex mixer routing.

CHANGES:
- Multiple blocks from multiple lanes can now be copied and pasted, starting with the selected track using CTRL + B.

SoundBridge 2.3.2
NEW FEATURES:
- We added a Waveform Scaling fader that scales the graphical representation of all audio waveforms in the sequencer. (Premium Feature)
- We added a "Resume Playback from Last Start Position" option in Preference - Sequencer. When this is disabled, SoundBridge always starts playback from where the playhead stopped in the timeline. Otherwise, it starts from the position the playhead last started from. (Premium Feature)
- The Metronome is now available as an audio input for audio tracks and can be recorded.

- By default, "CTRL" + "D" now duplicates blocks along with their automation blocks, whereas "CTRL" + "SHIFT" + "D" now duplicates blocks without their automation.

BUG FIXES:
- Directories in the File Browser used to hang when you tried to access a file location that the OS restricts SoundBridge from accessing.
- We improved the missing plugin VST scanning feature.
- SoundBridge GUI scale settings did not affect the login screen.
- We improved the accuracy of the positioning of some cursor tools on large monitors with large scaling.
- Viewing the tutorial pages used to cause a memory hole.
- If you recorded on top of an existing block and stopped recording in the middle of it, the note that happened to be under that stop position used to get cut at that point.
- The preview of MIDI notes in the automation editor used to be glitched if the automation block started earlier than the corresponding MIDI block.
- After unmerging a merged block, the merge button in the transport bar still said "Unmerge."
- If you selected any of the DIRs and then used the shortcut SHIFT + 4 to select the Recents folder, both the Recents folder and the previously selected DIR folder would be highlighted simultaneously.
- Freezing tracks with VST instruments caused an unusually high CPU usage.

While recording MIDI in a loop, only MIDI notes recorded in the current revolution being recorded played back—other notes from previous revolutions in the loop didn't play back until after the recording was stopped.
