To redeem your serial number, please follow these directions: 

Step 1:
To open the sign-up form, click the "Sign Up" button from any page of our website (https://www.soundbridge.io).

Please complete the form, pass the robot check, agree to our terms, and click the "Sign Up ->" button.

Note: Please double-check your email when filling out the form. 

Step 2:
Upon submission, the sign-up form will be changed to the login form indicated by the purple "Login ->" button.

Please complete the form, pass the robot check, and click the "Login ->" button.

Upon successful submission, the "Sign In" and "Sign Up" buttons will change to "My Account" and "Logout".

Click "My Account".

Step 3:
Before entering your account, you must verify your email.


Please check the inbox of the email you registered with and click the purple "Verify Email" button in the email.


If your email inbox does not load media content, a link is provided. Copy and paste the link into the web browser and hit the "Enter" button on your keyboard.

Note: The email verification link will expire within an hour; click the "Resend ->" button after logging in and going to "My Account" on the website to resend a new verification link.

Step 4:
After clicking the purple "Verify Email" button in the email, click the purple "Recheck" button on the website, and you'll be redirected to the My Account page.

Note: If you lose the page or end up on the homepage, click "My Account" or re-login again.

Step 5:
Click "Redeem Serial Number" in My Account under the Software tab.


Note: Any serial number for any product can be redeemed here.

Step 6:
This form will appear after clicking "Redeem Serial Number. "

Enter your serial number, pass the robot check, and click the purple button with the gift icon. 

Step 7:
After submitting the form, the page will refresh, and your products will be activated.

Note: Computer Activations are under the "Computers" tab, and video courses are under the "Education" tab in My Account.
